13. Limitation of Liability

The customer acknowledges that irrigation and sprinkler systems involve the movement and management of pressurized water and that system failures can occur at any time, including after service has been completed.

The customer understands that flooding, leaks, or water damage may result from, including but not limited to:
• Broken, cracked, or deteriorated pipes
• Faulty valves, fittings, or connections
• Stuck or malfunctioning sprinkler heads
• Electrical failures or wiring issues
• Controller malfunctions or programming errors
• Unexpected or fluctuating water pressure
• Freezing temperatures
• Soil movement or settling
• Acts of nature, including heavy rainfall
• Pre-existing conditions not visible at time of service

The customer agrees that K&N Sprinklers, LLC is not responsible for any flooding, leaks, water damage, landscaping damage, structural damage, mold, loss of use, or any resulting consequential or incidental damages occurring after service is completed.

The customer further acknowledges that it is their responsibility to:
• Monitor the irrigation system regularly
• Ensure the main water shut-off valve is accessible and functional
• Shut off water immediately in the event of malfunction
• Perform routine maintenance
• Address any issues promptly

By using our services, the customer accepts these terms and agrees that K&N Sprinklers, LLC shall not be held liable for post-service water-related damage except in cases of proven gross negligence under applicable Utah law.
